Direct Cash Lender does not charge borrowers any fee for using our matching service. Any loan fees — origination fees, late fees, or other charges — are set by and paid to the individual lender, not to Direct Cash Lender.
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when using our service. Providing false information in a loan application may constitute fraud and can have serious legal consequences.
